Interesting New Papers: Carbon Taxes & Sustainable Corporate Charters

There is a multitude of information on the web, sometimes almost too much to digest. But there are those articles that are both timely and authoritative. Three that fall into this category have just come to my attention.

The first, "The Case for the Carbon Tax: How to Overcome Politics and Find Our Green Destiny," is written by Prof. Roberta Mann.

The second is entitled "Combating Global Climate Change: Why a Carbon Tax is a Better Response to Global Warming than Cap and Trade," is written by Profs. David Uhlmann and Rueven Avi-Yonah.

Prof. Susan Smith wrote the third, "Chartering Sustainable Transnational Corporations," which is about a unique Oregon statute dealing with chartering sustainable corporations.

All three are definitely worth a look.
